Terms and Conditions: What You Agree to When You Open an Account

This is a readable summary of the terms you accept when you register. It is written to be understood, not to be defended in court — the full legal text lives in your account area, and where the two differ, the full text governs. Nothing here is designed to catch you out, and every clause below exists because someone, somewhere, tried it.

Your account

• One account per person, per household, per IP address and per set of payment details. Duplicate accounts are closed and any bonus attached to them is voided.
• You must be 18 or over. Age is confirmed with documents before your first payout, and an underage account is closed with winnings voided.
• The account is yours alone. Do not share credentials, and do not let anyone else deposit or play on it.
• The wallet currency is fixed at registration. AUD cannot be swapped for another currency later.
• Information you give us must be accurate. A name that does not match your identity documents will stall a withdrawal, and a false one will end the account.

Bonuses

• Wagering is 50x on deposit plus bonus, not on the bonus alone. A AU$100 deposit with a AU$125 match owes AU$11,250 of turnover.
• Pokies contribute in full. Table games, live dealer and video poker contribute little or nothing. The game's own rules page states its weighting.
• Bonuses are opt-in. Tick the box before confirming the deposit; we cannot attach a match afterwards.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time, and unused spins or unfinished wagering expire without extension.
• Oversized bets while a bonus is active can void it. Keep stakes moderate until the turnover is cleared.
• Bonus winnings convert up to a ceiling — AU$5,000 or six times your combined deposits, as your package specifies. Anything above the ceiling does not carry across.

Deposits and withdrawals

• Minimum deposit AU$10, or AU$20 by bank transfer and for any bonus to attach.
• Minimum withdrawal AU$20. We charge no fee to send money; your bank or the crypto network may charge its own.
• Withdrawals are reviewed within 24 hours, then take one to three business days on the rail, longer for cards.
• The weekly withdrawal ceiling is AU$10,000 on a standard account and rises through the loyalty tiers.
• Money returns to the method it arrived on wherever the rules allow. PayID and Neosurf are deposit-only, so payouts route to a bank account or crypto address in your own name.
• Verification is mandatory before the first payout: photo ID, proof of address from the last three months, and a masked card image if you deposited by card.

Fair play

Games are RNG-tested and their outcomes are not adjustable by us, by you, or by anyone on live chat. Strategy systems, bots, arbitrage between our bonus and another operator's, and collusion at live tables all breach these terms and end an account. So does any attempt to charge back a deposit that was spent in good faith.

Changes and disputes

Terms change occasionally, and bonus terms change more often than the rest. The version live in your account when you claim an offer is the version that governs it.
